Senior VP for Academic Affairs Resigns

The position is currently vacant. According to Sheri Pontarollo, Office Manager of the Executive Office, more information—such as the length of the search for a replacement and whether it will be conducted within the college or by an external firm—will become available in a few weeks.

The Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs is the second ranking administrator at RVCC and responsible for overseeing Academic Services, Academic Programs & Partnerships, Transfer & Career Counseling, Allied Health, the Honors College, the library and the nine academic departments—which includes 125 full time faculty and over 400 adjuncts.
