Theresa Richardson Receives RVCC Alumni Award

Theresa Richardson of Green Brook, Raritan Valley Community College Class of 1994, has received the RVCC Alumni Association’s Distinguished Alumni Award. Richardson was given the honor at the College’s Academic Awards Dinner, held May 13.

Richardson, who grew up in Bound Brook, is a partner at the accounting firm of WithumSmith+Brown, PC in its Morristown office. She has over 17 years of accounting experience. A certified public accountant in both New Jersey and New York, Richardson is licensed to practice as a public school accountant in New Jersey. In her community, Theresa serves on the Rider University Accounting Advisory Council. She is also a member of the Finance Committee of St. Mary’s Church.

The RVCC Distinguished Alumni Award recognizes living RVCC alumni for their professional achievements; civic contribution within their local community, the state or nationally; academic achievements; service to the College; and personal triumphs.
